Lindsay Australia adds new B-Triple

The new combination will deliver fresh produce and commercial freight between Sydney and Adelaide
Lindsay Australia's newest B-Triple combination.

Lindsay Australia is striving to make its operations bigger and better through the addition of another B-Triple combination to its fleet.

The prime mover, a 2023 Cummins-powered 500 horsepower Kenworth T610 is operated by the company’s Cootamundra-based team, pulled out of Lindsay’s Sydney depot on Friday night and was bound for Adelaide.

It left towing the purpose-built 2024 Maxitrans trailers fitted with Thermo King fridge units and will move fresh produce and commercial freight between Sydney and Adelaide.

“With increased capacity, efficiency and reliability, this milestone steps our transport operations to the next level,” Lindsay says.

“This service complements our Brisbane to Melbourne and Adelaide road train, and B-Triple combinations already on the road.

“A big shoutout to those who have worked hard to deliver it.”

It is the first Lindsay Australia B-Triple load to leave the company’s Sydney depot.
