JD Logistics to boost international capacity

Chinese company JINGDONG Logistics says it will increase its overseas capacity and express flight frequency by the end of 2025

Chinese-headquartered JD Logistics (JINGDONG Logistics) has announced plans to double its overseas warehouse capacity by the end of 2025 and is aiming to extend its international express delivery service from China to 80 countries by the end of this year.

JD Logistics counts Australia as one of its key overseas warehouse locations, and operates almost 100 bonded, direct mail and overseas warehouses at facilities across the globe.

Key to its expansion plans is an increase to its international cargo flights from China to key Asia Pacific locations including Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam, as well as the USA and Europe.

Ahead of this year’s Single’s Day shopping festival, which falls on November 11, JD Logistics will also launch a new express delivery service from China to Japan, South Korea and other southeast Asian destinations.
