While companies worry about a possible economic slowdown, Iveco Trucks is promoting two staff to improve its customer focus
While companies around Australia tighten their collective belts and worry about a possible economic slow down, Iveco Trucks Australia is promoting two staff as part of a plan to improve its focus on customer needs.
After a number of years working for Iveco and helping with the dealer network, Marco Quaranta is the new senior product planning manager responsible for providing market intelligence.
“Mr Quaranta’s strong experience and product knowledge will assist our customers and Dealer Network with their product enquiries and orders,” Iveco Managing Director Giorgio Gallia says.
“He is more than well equipped to undertake this role and I am excited about the possibilities that exist in having Marco in this new position.”
Also enjoying a new role is Steve Heanes, who will now report directly to Gallia as the general manager of retail sales truck and bus after a number of years developing an extensive knowledge of the Iveco product range and of the dealer network.
“Both of these appointments are not only ideally placed, but will work to strengthen and confirm commitment to our Dealer Network and our Australian customers,” Gallia says.
