Ballarat Isuzu are no strangers to success, the team has made an art form out of customer service, reliability and dependability when it comes to their very happy customers.
They’ve also won Isuzu’s highest honour, Dealer of the Year, no less than three consecutive years in a row, in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
“The Isuzu dealer of the year recognises the dealership that performs the best across all parts of the dealership, the sales, service and parts, as well as customer satisfaction,” Ballarat Isuzu Dealer Principal Ian Deacon says.
“We have a real customer first focus here and our job is to find out what those customers’ needs are and to meet them.
“So, if the customer comes to us with a broken down truck or something that needs replacing very quickly, we think about how we can achieve that as quickly as possible for the them.”
As a long term partner of Isuzu since 1984, Natures Cargo operations manager Geoff Beechey has only good words to say about the business.
“We exclusively use their vehicles, not only because of their reliability, but also the service that we get from Ballarat Isuzu,” he says.
“They go above and beyond the call of duty in our eyes.
“We had a truck that broke down in the eastern side of Melbourne, and we couldn’t get anyone to look at the truck down there, but Ballarat Isuzu were able to send their service techs and repair the truck so that we could continue on the job that day.”
