Businesses in the hands of administrator PCI Partners and listed for sale
Administrators are seeking buyers for the business and assets of Ares Transport Group and Millars Heavy Haulage.
The matter is in the hands of PCI Partners’ adviser Philip Newman, who notes both are infrastructure logistics and heavy haulage dual businesses conducting joint operations.
It is said potential buyers would have exposure to:
- substantial amount of heavy haulage gear and specialised equipment
- experienced staff employed who operate business projects nationwide
- operates from leased premises in Melbourne and Port Kembla, NSW.
ACFS recently acquired Kelly Logistics’ Adelaide business
Though further information wasn’t available from PCI Partners at the time of writing, Ares describes itself online as an “Australian-owned heavy haulage transport company specialising in infrastructure logistics and heavy haulage”.
“Ares are premier service providers who demonstrate worlds’ best practice in health, safety and risk mitigation,” the description reads.
“The senior team have been the market leaders in this sector for the past 15 years in each of their respective fields.
“This includes extensive product knowledge, innovation and business know-how.”
