Innovative transport firm promotes from within as Mellick steps down
Kings Transport Group has promoted Barry Thompson to the position of CEO.
Within Kings, Thompson has previously held the positions of executive general manager of contract logistics and most recently chief operations officerfor the Australian & New Zealand business.
Before coming to Kings, Thompson worked extensively across Australia and the Asia Pacific region in senior leadership roles including country head Malaysia, Indonesia and regional director ASEAN for Australian and multinational organisations.
