De Martino announced as new MaxiTrans CFO

Outgoing CFO to depart after five years with trailer manufacturer

 

Truck and trailer parts manufacturer MaxiTrans has appointed Josephine De Martino as chief financial officer (CFO).

A chartered accountant, De Martino was most recently CFO at chemical and cleaning product company Pental Limited.

She has also held senior finance roles at food manufacturer Simplot Australia Group, freight logistics company Asciano Limited and brewers Fosters Group.

Her LinkedIn profile describes her as a “finance executive with deep and sound experience within the consumer goods sector and in the logistics, aviation and professional services sectors”.

De Martino succeeds outgoing CFO Campbell Richards, who has been at the company since 2013.

MaxiTrans MD Dean Jenkins says Richards is moving to a new role of general manager – M&A and strategy before departing the company in December “after assisting with the transition and various strategic initiatives”.

Jenkins thanks Richards for his contributions, saying: “During his five years at MaxiTrans, Mr Richards has brought about significant change to the MaxiTrans business through his contributions across a wide range of matters.”

De Martino’s tenure begins on October 8.
