King to leave Lindsay Australia in March
Lindsay Australia needs a new CFO

Lindsay Australia will lose the services of chief financial officer (CFO) and company secretary Nathan King, who has resigned effective March 30.

The company secretary’s role, which had been shared between King and general legal counsel Broderick Jones will continue to be carried out by Jones.

"The board of Lindsay Australia Limited would like to thank Mr King for his valuable contributions to the business over his three-year tenure and wish him the best in his future endeavours," CEO and MD Kim Lindsay says in a company announcement.

Meanwhile, an announcement on the CFO role will be made "in due course".
