ATA announces new conference sponsorship

Australian Trucking Association teams up with MTData for 2015 annual conference

The Australian Trucking Association has welcomed a “significant new partnership” for its Trucking Australia 2015 conference in Hobart.

ATA chair Noelene Watson has announced what will be called the “MTData Business Lunch” to be held on the opening day of the annual get-together.

The ATA says the national conference has been a sell-out success over the last two years. Next year it will be held in the historic dock precinct of Hobart.

The dates are now confirmed, with the event opening on the evening of Thursday March 19 and closing with ATA’s 25th anniversary gala dinner on Saturday, March 21.

“MTData have been a tremendous supporter of the trucking industry over many years,” Watson says. “We are very pleased to welcome such a well-regarded Australian innovator as a sponsor of our national conference.”

MTData (Mobile Tracking and Data) is an Australian owned company founded in 2003 with operations in six countries including New Zealand.

It offers fleet telematics and systems for managing data, maintenance, inventory and fatigue.
