Shell commits to Road Transport Hall of Fame

Shell’s support for industry event stretches into its 14th year.

Shell has committed to supporting the National Road Transport Hall of Fame Reunion for another year, taking its involvement in the event to 14 years.

The annual Hall of Fame Reunion will run from August 28 to 31 this year and will acknowledge people for their lifetime of service to the road transport industry.

The names of about 100 people will be added to the Shell-sponsored Wall of Fame this year in recognition of their achievements.

“It’s a great honour for Shell Rimula to be a part of the Australian road transport’s most prestigious event for the 14th year,” Shell marketing manager Max Lane says.

“We are excited to celebrate the achievements of inductees, hear their stories and reward their service with recognition for their lifetime commitment to the industry.”

The four-day event will be held in Alice Springs and includes a gala dinner along with the induction ceremony.
