K&S Corporation has a new managing director and CEO following the departure of Greg Stevenson after two years in the post.

The new boss is Paul Sarant, who has been Executive General Manager of the DTM Business Logistics subsidiary for the last seven years and is a director at Smart Logistics.

Before that, he held senior management positions, including general management and senior logistics roles.

K&S Chairman Tony Johnson thanked Stevenson, highlighting the recent merger with Scott Corporation during his time at the K&S helm.

"With the merger with Scott Corporation having been completed, it is timely that K&S Corporation restructure its senior leadership team to consolidate and grow the combined business," Johnson states in the announcement.

"The Board sees this as an opportunity for generational change.

"We are delighted that Paul Sarant has accepted the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

"We believe that over his seven years at K&S Corporation, Paul has demonstrated the skills, experience and discipline to drive K&S Corporation’s future growth in its target markets."
