Linfox College has taken on 22 new graduates – the highest number ever to join the graduate programme.
The intake includes the highest number of Asian graduates, who will return to Linfox operations in their home countries after the 18 month-long programme.
Linfox Organisational and People Development Group Manager Michelle Joy says the college has a strong reputation for on-the-job- training and exposure to diverse business areas.
She says participants rotate through three different roles during their stint.
“They are assigned mentors, senior managers in the business and past grads as buddies,” Joy says.
A week-long induction included presentations from senior managers, tours of operating sites and driving heavy vehicles at Linfox’s Anglesea proving ground.
