A man has died in a collision with a diesel tanker early today at Myola in Victoria.
The driver of a Nissan Pulsar was travelling north on the Northern Highway when the vehicle attempted to overtake another motorist, crashing into the truck.
The car was destroyed in a fire and police are still trying to determine whether there were any passengers inside.
The truck driver suffered minor injuries.
