Lindsay Fox recognised with award for his contribution to German-Australian relations

Trucking magnate Lindsay Fox has been awarded the Cross of the German Order of Merit award.

Germany’s Ambassador to Australia Dr Christoph Mueller presented Fox with the award at the National Library of Australia in Canberra yesterday for his contribution to German-Australian relations.

The service marks 60 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The honour is given to those who have made a contribution to political, economic and cultural life.
