Nominations for the 22nd Annual Australian Freight Industry Awards are now open

The nominations for the 22nd Annual Australian Freight Industry Awards are now open.
Nominations will close on August 22, with the awards presented on September 3.
Victorian Transport Association CEO Phil Lovel says the awards are designed to recognise excellence and to raise the standards and public perception of the freight and logistics industry.
“I strongly encourage companies to nominate for the awards.
“For 20 years companies and individuals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make their work more innovative, efficient and safe have been publicly recognised and honoured at the Australian Freight Industry Awards.
“Entering the awards is a powerful demonstration that shows your organisation values employees and their contributions,” he says.
The awards include six categories: Australian Freight Industry Promotion and Careers Award, Australian Freight Environment Award, Australian Best Practice Safety Award, Australian Freight Innovation/Technology Award, Australian Freight and Logistics Award and Australian Freight and Logistics Personality of the Year Award.
“For over 20 years these awards have recognised the people and companies who have contributed to shaping the industry into what it is today and into the future.”
