Princes Highway closed due to rainfall
Recent heavy rainfall forces police to close section of Princes Highway
February 11, 2011The Princes Highway in Morwell, Victoria, has been closed due to recent heavy rainfall in the region.
Police officers are re-directing all westbound traffic to Prices Drive, through the township and back to the highway via Jane Street.
There has been no word on when the route will reopen, with Victoria Police saying it is curently assessing the effect of the rainfall and potential landslip.
