MTU appoints new CEO and president

Robert Sisk appointed the new CEO and president of Australia’s MTU Detroit Diesel operations

Robert Sisk has taken the reins of MTU Detroit Diesel’s Australian operations following the retirement of Douglas Seneshen.

Sisk has been appointed the new CEO and president of MTU after a stints in the US working for Atlantic Detroit Diesel Allison, Detroit Diesel Corporation in Michigan, Penske Corporation and United Technologies.

MTU thanks Seneshen for his efforts, saying he was responsible for improving market share and profits.

The company says Sisk has a good understanding of the market and will be focused on maintaining a strong customer base.

Sisk began his role on February 15.
