New business unit presidents for Linfox, including for linehaul, will take their respective reins at the end of the month.

Mark Mazurek will step up from Linehaul Vice-President, taking over from Danny Butt following his appointment to the new role of Business Improvement President.

Butt became Linehaul President in February 2008 after then-Linehaul President Hans Anneveldt, then-Vice President Linehaul Road/Sea Terry Hargreaves and then-Linehaul Rail Vice President Greg Gibbins all lost those positions at the same time.

Mazurek joined Linfox in 2006 and was Wood, Packaging, Print Solutions and Events Vice President before moving to the linehaul division.

Meanwhile, 12-year Linfox veteran James Dixon has resigned as Retail Vice President, with the Food and Liquor Vice President in the Retail Business Unit, Nick Capp, taking his place.

Stephen Warncken will be Retail Vice President, with responsibility for Coles supermarkets.
