Another big year over; roll on 2010

ATN is winding down over Christmas, but we'll be back in 2010 with all the breaking news and in-depth analysis

December 18, 2009

The festive period is here and the ATN team is once again heading off for a few weeks of rest and relaxation.

Subscribers will receive their final Fullyloaded.com.au Daily News Bulletin for 2009 today (December 18). The bulletin will return on January 11.

The Brisbane offices of Trader Business Media will close on December 23 for the Christmas break and reopen on January 5.

It’s been a busy and successful year for ATN which broke significant political, regulatory and company news stories and set the agenda for the transport industry. The new and improved website complete with breaking news and TruckTV generated record levels of traffic and subscriptions.

And the monthly publication continued to deliver in-depth analysis of key industry issues, leading the market as the most respected source of news for transport operators.

While 2009 has been a big year for the industry, things don’t look like slowing down in 2010. Where will ‘safe rates’ leave operators? Will governments finally agree to national reforms? What impact will climate change have on the industry? How many more new premiers will be appointed in NSW? As always, ATN will be there covering the big issues and reporting on what it means for your business.

So how have we gone this year? Are we still delivering the best intelligence on the transport industry for your business? Contact any of the ATN team personally, or leave your feedback on the discussion board below. We value your news tips, business insight and publication feedback and have greatly appreciated your ongoing support during 2009.

Wishing you a safe and relaxing festive period, and a highly prosperous and profitable New Year.

The ATN team.
