Lindsay Australia signs new multi-year distribution agreement with packaging manufacturer Amcor
Brisbane-based carrier Lindsay Australia has signed a new multi-year distribution agreement with packaging manufacturer Amcor.
The new distribution agreement allows Lindsay to exclusively purchase corrugated packaging products from Amcor for resale to its customer throughout Australia.
The agreement, which spans to 2016 with options for extension, replaces Lindsay’s existing agreement which will be terminated on the execution of the Amcor agreement, for which a date has not yet been released.
It also provides a range of rebates which are payable for achieving certain levels of sales in each financial year and provides a framework for price increases, product delivery times and carton erection machine lease.
Amcor will pay Lindsay’s a signing fee within 14 days of execution, of which interest will be payable on an annual basis.
