Robert Fraser-Scott: In less than a decade Robert Fraser-Scott has built one of Queensland’s fastest-growing privately held businesses. Ranked 45th in the 2008 Q400, the Fraser Scott Group has interests in hotels/taverns, childcare centres, vocational education, retail and commercial centres, supermarkets and wholesale nurseries – and is eyeing new opportunities in agriculture, retirement villages, entertainment centres and health.

Luke Trouchet: Along with brother Karl, Luke Trouchet has created the largest privately-held leisure vehicle operator in the Southern Hemisphere, with a fleet of 3,000 motorhomes, campervans, 4WDs and cars across 15 branches in Australia, New Zealand and the United States employing more than 200 people. Ranked 26th in the 2008 Q400, the company is vertically and horizontally integrated, with interests in travel agencies and leading manufacturer Talvor.
