Geek+ sponsorship brings robotics to MegaTrans 2026

The addition of global robotics leader Geek+ as a silver sponsor for MegaTrans 2026 is a big step toward helping supply chain businesses to understand just how technology can help them to grow.

Geek+ joins the event as demand accelerates across Australia for scalable automation solutions in warehouse environments, with businesses increasingly looking to robotics to support growth and operational performance.

Speaking on the partnership, Geek+ highlighted the importance of engaging directly with the industry at MegaTrans.

“MegaTrans is the meeting point for Australia’s logistics and supply chain community, and that’s exactly where Geek+ should be,” a Geek+ representative said.

“Warehouse automation is no longer a future conversation – operators across Australia are actively looking for robotics solutions that work at scale, and MegaTrans gives us the right stage to have those conversations with the people making those decisions.”

The company said the strength of the audience was a key factor in its decision to partner with the event, pointing to the depth of experience across attendees.

“MegaTrans brings together operators, engineers and decision makers who are dealing with real supply chain pressures every day. As a global leader in AMR solutions, Geek+ is here to show what’s possible – and MegaTrans is where that dialogue happens.”

Beyond showcasing technology, Geek+ emphasised the value of practical, in-person engagement with industry professionals working through real operational challenges.

“When someone walks off the floor with a concrete idea of how automation could work for their warehouse – not just a brochure – that’s a good day. MegaTrans creates the right environment for those practical, grounded conversations.”

The company also highlighted the ongoing importance of face-to-face engagement in an industry shaped by complex decision-making and multiple stakeholders.

“Supply chain decisions are rarely made in isolation – they involve multiple stakeholders, real operational constraints, and a lot of questions that don’t fit neatly into a slide deck,” the company said.

“Face-to-face events like MegaTrans give you the space to have those unscripted conversations, meet the people behind the solutions, and walk away with clarity you simply can’t get from a screen.”

Prime Creative Media Head of Marketing – Events Molly Hancock said Geek+’s involvement reflects a broader shift across the sector as automation becomes a practical priority rather than a future concept.

“Geek+ joining MegaTrans signals the pace of change we are seeing across logistics and warehousing. Operators are no longer asking if automation fits, but how quickly it can be implemented in real environments,” Hancock said.

She added that the presence of global leaders helps deepen the quality of discussion across the event floor.

“When leading robotics providers are in the room, the conversations become more focused and more useful. It allows attendees to move beyond ideas and into real application, which is exactly what MegaTrans is designed to support,” she said.

Registration is now open for MegaTrans, taking place on 16–17 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
