Frasers Property Industrial announces new logistics leasing deals

Frasers Property Industrial has built on a busy start to 2024 with two new logistics lease deals confirmed

Industrial and logistics property manager Frasers Property Industrial has announced a suite of new leasing deals.

Spanning 54,470 sqm along Australia’s eastern seaboard in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, the three deals include a leading gift and party accessory supplier and two transport and logistics companies.

In New South Wales’ Eastern Creek, growing Australian transport, warehousing and freight logistics company ACFS Port Logistics will commence a three-year lease on a 15,941 sqm facility this month.

The new base will support its growing customer base that includes some of Australia’s largest blue-chip importers and exporters.

In Queensland, national logistics and sensitive freight leader PFM Logistics will commence a five-year lease at a space in Berrinba.

The 10,457 sqm facility is at 29-51 Wayne Drive, with PFM Logistics starting the lease this month.

Lastly, the IG Design Group will begin a 10-year lease on its 28,062 sqm facility in January next year, with the installation of a 200kW solar power system at the site in Dandenong South, Victoria included.

The three new leasing deals come after a zero vacancy rate from Frasers Property Industrial in 2023, with a development pipeline of 17 projects totalling more than 600,000 sqm progressing in 2024.

The company has also acquired nearly 40Ha to bring its landbank to 2.4 million sqm, allowing it to continue delivering premium and unique industrial estates.
