Frasers Property Industrial announces new logistics leasing deals

Frasers Property Industrial has revealed three new leasing deals spanning from 3PL logistics company East Coast Freight to food manufacturing spaces around the country

Industrial real estate agency Frasers Property Industrial has announced three new leasing deals spanning 22,650sqm of logistics and manufacturing space.

The new deals span across Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia for logistics operators, food manufacturing companies and airline catering businesses.

In Berrinba, Queensland, Frasers Property Industrial has secured “one of the best A-grade facilities” along the Logan Motorway corridor of Brisbane for 3PL operator East Coast Freight.

Based on 103-131 Wayne Goss Drive, East Coast Freight will commence a three-year lease on the 6,322sqm facility.

The property comes fitted with sustainability features including 50kW of solar panels, LED lighting, water-efficient fittings and rainwater reuse.

In Keysborough, Victoria, privately owned food manufacturing company Burst Foods (Kinrise), trading as Cobs Fine Food, has secured a new warehouse at 78-88 Atlantic Drive.

The facility includes a 337sqm double-storey office and a 6,452sqm warehouse situated in one of Melbourne’s south-east well-established industrial estates.

Kinrise will begin the three-year lease this month.

Finally, at Western Australia’s Perth Airport, inflight catering company servicing local and international airlines Foodfolk has secured a warehouse at 60 Paltridge Road.

Foodfolk has the likes of Virgin Australia, Alliance Airlines and REX Airlines as major customers, with its new space including a 656sqm office and 8,974sqm warehouse located within the Perth Airport industrial precinct.

Foodfolk began their nine-year lease of the facility last month.

All properties are managed by Frasers Property Industrial for the Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT).
