Forum will help businesses recognise issues and address them before they escalate.
Metropolitan Express Transport Services will hold a Fit for Work forum next month.
The event, which will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre on August 6, is aimed at educating managers on how to keep the workforce healthy.
A Metropolitan Express Transport Services spokeswoman says it is about businesses recognising the need to address problems before they get worse.
“No matter the vision, a business can’t grow without a healthy workforce,” she says.
“It’s about recognising when workers aren’t feeling their best and dealing with those issues before they escalate.”
Guest speakers include Australia Post chairman John Stanhope, Institute for Breath and Sleep director Dr Mark Howard and former AFL coach David Parkin.
Registration and breakfast starts at 7am.
