Association’s AGM also sees Cosgrove return to former role
Paul Fellows of Fellows Bulk Transport is a new board member at the National Road Transport Association (NatRoad), while Melanie Cosgrove of SRV Road Freight Services returns to her former position after a year’s absence.
NatRoad confirmed its board composition following its annual general meeting on September 8.
The association notes the board represents a mix of continuity of experience that has serviced it well in difficult times, plus new and returning members who bring a wealth of experience “as we continue to forge a path in the new normal environment we are operating in”.
“Both are extremely experienced in the industry and will be tremendously valuable to the organisation.”
The duo joins continuing board members, Scott Davidson (chair), Alan Magill (vice-chair), Leckie Milne (treasurer), Michael Kennedy, Kellie Boland, Maggie Welsh, Melissa Strong, Troy Cook and Tom Richers.
Davidson thanks the continuing board members for their ongoing service and says he is looking forward to working with Fellows and Cosgrove in the coming year.

“The NatRoad board brings a wealth of practical and business experience to the Association, representing members small and large from across Australia,” Davidson says.
“Their input into the direction of the Association to continue the support for our members during these uncertain times is essential.”
NatRoad CEO Warren Clark thanks the board for its continued support.
“We are in safe hands with an experienced Board, and I am optimistic about the future of the association,” he says.
“Members can be proud to be part of a national association supporting such a vast membership base.”
