Frasers Property Industrial says efm Logistics has expanded through a new five-year lease in Queensland
Following unprecedented growth in greater Brisbane’s industrial market, efm Logistics has secured additional warehousing.
According to Frasers Property Industrial, efm Logistics has signed a five-year lease on a 18,427 square metre facility at SC1 Archerfield in Yatala, Queensland. The new lease takes the Archerfield estate to more than half committed.
Designed for its 3PL business, the 17,727 square metre warehouse includes a 3,873 square metre super awning, B-double truck access and six recess loading docks. It also has a 700-square-metre double storey office, 295 car park spaces and five electric vehicle charging bays.
“Our new facility at SC1 Archerfield will enable us to deliver complete and agile supply chain management to help our customers reduce wastage, improve efficiency and provide unparalleled service,” says efm Logistics General Manager – Operations, Andrew Murphy.
“We are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions for our customers, and this new facility will ensure that. We are happy to strengthen our partnership with Frasers Property Industrial with our latest facility.”
The estate is located within greater Brisbane’s prime industrial zones with access to Brisbane’s sea and airports, and major eastern seaboard arterials. SC1 Archerfield is also positioned directly opposite Archerfield Airport, which acts as Brisbane’s secondary airport.
The facility will commence construction next month and is expected to be completed August 2024.
