DHL Supply Chain ranked 7th best place to work in Australia

Contract logistics company DHL Supply Chain has received a maiden recognition as an Australian business

Contract logistics solutions company DHL Supply Chain has been recognised for the first time within the top 10 workplaces in Australia published by Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

The news comes shortly after DHL Supply Chain was certified a GPTW for the third consecutive year.

“The recognition by GPTW is a true reflection of our continued commitment to being the Employer of Choice. We maintain a people-first culture to continue to deliver excellence to our customers,” DHL Supply Chain Australia CEO Steve Thompsett says.

“I would like to thank all DHL Supply Chain colleagues – I could not be prouder of our teams.”

Vice President of Human Resources at DHL Supply Chain Rachael McDonald shared some insights into DHL Supply Chain’s focus on employee engagement.

“We are passionate about nurturing and investing in the DHL employee culture. Through our engagement, certified development and DEIB programs, we aim to inspire and empower employees with the knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service,” McDonald says.

“The DHL culture fosters an employee experience that is truly exceptional. This award is a testament to all team members. We strive daily to improve and evolve, ensuring we stay connected as we are #togetherunstoppable.”

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

To be recognised as a top 10 GPTW, employees are required to fill out a voluntary survey which independently assesses the employees’ experience across measures such as Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

DHL Supply Chain aims to maintain its status as a GPTW and to constantly improve employee engagement by continuing to invest in the right initiatives to support a stronger workplace culture.
