DHL Express announces 2025 Australian price rise

The global express services company has bumped up its average price on its published tariff

Global express services provider DHL Express has revealed it is adjusting its prices today for next year.

From January 1, 2025, the average increase in Australia will be approximately 4.9 per cent on its published tariff.

“We are committed to delivering stable and dependable services globally despite the ongoing impact of geopolitical dynamics and supply chain disruptions on the logistics landscape,” DHL Express Australia and Papua New Guinea managing director Phil Corcoran says.

“With the annual price adjustment, we can continue to invest in our network to enhance its resilience and adaptability, ensuring consistent support for our customers’ businesses regardless of external circumstances.”

DHL Express says prices are adjusted on an annual basis, taking into consideration inflation and currency dynamics as well as administrative costs related to regulatory and security measures.

With national and international authorities regularly updating these measures in the more than 220 countries and territories that DHL Express serves, the company says depending on local conditions, price adjustments will vary from country to country.
