Their design featuring long tensioned wires without cross wires to prevent material build up and allows for self cleaning, especially useful in damp or sticky conditions.
These screens provide maximum open area, improving throughput and enabling finer screening compared to woven meshes.
They are available in stainless steel or high tensile wire from 0.71mm up to 8mm thick and aperture range from 1mm to 20 mm.
Mostly used in the bottom decks of mobile screening plants with end tension hooks but also widely used in fixed screening plants and top decks with side tension hooks.
