Daimler Truck Australia Pacific has named its 2024 Dealer of the Year at an event in Melbourne on Wednesday night.
The award event also included the presentation of the company’s first ever Sustainable Dealer of the Year alongside a spate of other awards and recognitions.
RGM Maintenance, which operates Daimler Truck dealerships in Townsville, Rockhampton, Mackay, Cairns and Darwin took out the Dealer of the Year award on the night.
Daimler Truck Australia Pacific President and CEO Daniel Whitehead congratulated RGM’s Russell Newman and Greg Jackson, along with the wider RGM team.
“RGM’s approach to customer service can be described with one word; awesome,” Whitehead says.
“Russell, Greg and everyone at all their dealerships put the customer first in every situation. This approach is right at the centre of their success and one of the key reasons we are so grateful they represent Daimler Truck.”
RGM was also named the Freightliner 2024 Regional Dealer of the Year in what was a successful night for the business.
