The new location will offer sales and service in the NSW region
Material handling equipment supplier Crown Equipment has open a new location in Wollongong, New South Wales to improve its sales and support in the region.
Located in Unanderra, Crown says the new Wollongong branch will service the growth in warehousing, building and mining in the region through the supply of new, second-hand and rental equipment.
Featuring a service centre, a spare parts holding and a Crown lift truck showroom, the new facility also houses company-trained full-time mobile service technicians who will be able to maintain customer fleets in the Wollongong area.
It also has racking and shelving available for delivery.
Crown Equipment managing director Greg Simmonds says the need for service in the region demanded a branch be opened.
“We opened this new branch so our Wollongong customers would have the best possible service through staff in the region,” he says.
“A large factor of Crown’s success has come from its customer-centric approach to service.”
The Wollongong branch is located at 3 O’Neil Street, Unanderra.
