CEVA Logistics has appointed Marvin Schlanger to the role of CEO after John Pattullo retired last week.
Schlaner, who also chairs the CEVA board, joined the company in 2009 and also serves on the boards of AmeriGas, LyondellBasell Industries, UGL Corporation and Cherry Hill Chemical.
Schlanger says he looks forward to working with the “talented and dedicated employees of CEVA” as they “execute strategies to become the most admired company in the supply chain industry”.
“Under [Pattullo’s] leadership, the integration of TNT Logistics and EGL was successfully executed and the company’s unique customer-focused, end to end operating model successfully developed.”
Schlanger also credited Pattulo for building “a world class leadership team” to help CEVA improve customer service. Pattullo will continue to serve on CEVA’s board.
