Australian-based global logistics software leader CartonCloud has revealed a major new partnership with North American-based technology group Rose Rocket to deliver the most advanced software tools to the Australian and New Zealand transport industry.
The partnership is set to shake up Australia’s $163 billion transport sector, marking a significant opportunity for Australian companies to access world-class Transport Management System, or TMS, software tools backed by the expertise and support of CartonCloud.
CartonCloud estimates the total annual market for TMS software tools in Australia and New Zealand is approximately $150 million.
The partnership builds on CartonCloud’s established reputation in the Warehouse Management System, or WMS, and last-mile TMS sectors, where it has grown to more than 500 clients worldwide after raising $12 million in 2022 to support an international expansion drive.
Renowned for its customisable, innovative and user-centric logistics software, CartonCloud will draw on its local knowledge and resources to offer Rose Rocket’s state-of-the-art TMS platform to businesses in Australia and New Zealand starting in January.
CartonCloud CEO Shaun Hagen says the partnership with RoseRocket would allow CartonCloud to bring the best transport software in the world into the Australian market — ensuring the industry has access to the next generation of cutting-edge software.
“This partnership goes beyond collaboration— it’s about delivering a unified, seamless experience that covers every aspect of logistics operations, regardless of operation type or size, giving customers access to the best software solutions for the entire spectrum of requirements,” Hagen says.
“By combining the modular, customisable nature of Rose Rocket’s platform with our existing market-leading software and world-class customer service— we can offer a comprehensive solution that meets the demands of today’s logistics landscape and positions our customers for long-term success in an increasingly complex industry.
“This partnership ensures the Australian transport market stays up to date, with access to the best technology in the world, allowing the industry to be collaborative, efficient and more profitable.”

Hagen says the combination of Rose Rocket and CartonCloud’s technology, along with CartonCloud’s deep market understanding, will deliver unparalleled value for the local transport sector.
“We couldn’t be more excited to team up with CartonCloud and bring our software to transportation companies in Australia and New Zealand,” Rose Rocket CEO Justin Sky says.
“These markets face the same problems we’ve seen in North America. By partnering with CartonCloud, we are going to make life easier for logistics businesses by offering a powerful, flexible and user-friendly platform that helps them conquer the constant fast-changing demands of our industries.”
