Brambles names CFO Todorcevskis successor

O’Sullivan will be based in Sydney before relocating to the UK in 2017

Logistics group Brambles Limited has appointed Nessa O’Sullivan as its new chief financial officer to replace current CFO Zlatko Todorcevski, who announced his retirement earlier this year.

O’Sullivan will join Brambles on October 10 as the CFO designate before formally taking up the role on November 17, when Todorcevski steps down.

The company says Todorcevski will remain on board through February next year “to facilitate a smooth transition”.

O’Sullivan served as Coca-Cola Amatil Group’s CFO from 2010 until 2015.

In the past, she has held several senior management positions with PepsiCo and Yum! Restaurants International.

“Shortly after Zlatko announced his decision to retire, the Board, together with CEO Tom Gorman and Zlatko, implemented a comprehensive succession plan and began a global search process to review internal and external candidates for the CFO role,” Brambles chairman Stephen Johns says.

“Following his appointment as CEO Designate last month, Graham Chipchase was, together with the Board, extensively involved in the final review and selection process.”

O’Sullivan will join Brambles on an ongoing contract with no fixed term.

She will initially be based in Sydney before relocating to the UK in 2017.

“I was pleased to be involved in the process of selecting Nessa as Brambles’ new CFO and I am delighted to have someone of her experience and expertise join the Brambles team,” Brambles CEO designate Graham Chipchase says.

“I am looking forward to working closely with her when I start with Brambles next year.”
