ASCLA celebrates milestone awards

Major national logistics awards were handed out last week

The 60th Australian Supply Chain and Logistics Awards (ASCLA) was recently held at Melbourne’s Crown Palladium on Friday March 18, allowing the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) to recognise the best in the industry.

IFC Global Logistics was crowned the winners of the international supply chain award, beating the highly commended Seko Logistics.

Swisslog and Manhattan Associates took out the supply chain management award ahead of software company Complexica.

Other winners included Tom Fitzwalter from TMX Global, who took home the industry excellence award, and Yasmin Grigaliunas from World’s Biggest Garage Sale, who won the logistics management award.

The automation, robotics or emerging technology award went to Kent Rogers and Karl Brooks from DHL Supply Chain and Packsize, who were recognised for their work optimising their supply chain process.

  • Industry Excellence Award – Tom Fitzwalter, TMX Global
  • Logistics Management Award – Yasmin Grigaliunas, World’s Biggest Garage Sale
  • International Supply Chain Award – IFC Global Logistics
  • Big Data, IT and Business Intelligence Award – GHD Digital
  • Start-up Award – Adiona Tech
  • Supply Chain Management Award – Swisslog and Manhattan Associates
  • Training, Education and Development Award – TAFE NSW
