Alvarez to lead Orix fleet management push in SA

Favourable state economic conditions a boom for commercial fleet prospects

Fleet management provider Orix Australia has expanded its presence in South Australia, with Alex Alvarez appointed its new business development manager for the state.

In a boom for the company’s commercial vehicle division, Orix identifies the state’s construction growth, ongoing space works, mining infrastructure and a rise in residential investments as delivering a need amongst South Australian businesses for a more flexible tool for trade vehicle solution.

“A flexible commercial fleet is vital for servicing the construction industry,” Alvarez notes.

“We know construction projects have limited or changing timelines, so they need a fleet that can flex to suit the project needs with mini- or seasonal leases for tool of trade vehicles.
