AIT Worldwide Logistics has expanded its abilities in the Asia-Pacific region through the opening of two new offices in Malaysia.
Located in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, the new sites after part of the company’s continued organic global expansion efforts.
Johor Bahru is in one of the fastest growing economic areas of the APAC region, with AIT’s site there also offering the company further access to Singapore.
“Our new Johor Bahru office will be instrumental in supporting AIT’s expansion strategy across Southeast Asia,” AIT Chief Business Officer Greig Weigel says.
“By establishing a presence here, we aim to foster deeper connections with customers, especially in the technology and manufacturing sectors, while delivering world-class logistics solutions that meet growing demands.”
There are now over 150 AIT Worldwide Logistics facilities around the globe, and the company’s Taipei office will soon be moved to a larger facility to accommodate its growing operations.
Both new sites provide a full suite of transportation management services, including air, sea and ground freight solutions, warehouse management, third-party logistics, transborder, white glove delivery, project cargo and in-house customs clearance.
“With these new locations in Malaysia, we are excited to extend even greater flexibility and efficiency to our customers,” AIT Senior Vice President Asia Pacific Wilson Lee says.
“These offices reflect our organisational commitment to providing innovative logistics solutions tailored to our customers’ business needs.”
