ACFS Port Logistics will use its access to OneStop systems to revolutionise container shipping in Australia
OneStop has announced its strategic partnership with transport, warehousing and Australian freight logistics company ACFS Port Logistics.
This collaboration represents a pivotal step forward to narrowing the gap in container visibility and transparency across the Oceania supply chain.
United by a shared vision, OneStop and ACFS Port Logistics are committed to pioneering cutting-edge solutions that not only optimise container movements across the Oceania region, but also bring a level of visibility for all supply chain participants to not only reduce costs but to also provide a more sustainable future for the local industry.
This partnership is set to further revolutionise landside operations by delivering heightened visibility into container movements across Australia and New Zealand. The partnership offers ACFS Port Logistics cutting edge technology and automation by leveraging the power of OneStop’s depot operating system, known as OneStop Modal.
“Our partnership with OneStop marks a pivotal moment for the Australian supply chain industry,” ACFS Port Logistics national commercial manager Michael Tzaneros says.
“Together, we embark on a transformative journey to revolutionise supply chain operations, setting new standards for efficiency and sustainability.
“This alliance underscores ACFS Port Logistics’ ongoing commitment to delivering excellence and innovation within Australia’s logistics landscape, ensuring a brighter and more efficient future for our nation’s supply chain.”
This data position from OneStop mean heightened automation levels will be introduced, resulting in faster and more dependable container transactions.
The alliance will also enhance visibility and paperless solutions through OneStop’s various systems for container movements, while increased transparency and container visibility will drive time and cost efficiencies.
ACFS Port Logistics will inaugurate this transformative partnership by implementing OneStop’s VBS, OneStop Modal, Optical Camera Recognition (OCR) and Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) capabilities, at ACFS e-Depot and ACFS e-Link in Port Botany, NSW, commencing on October 30.
In addition to streamlining operations for ACFS Port Logistics, this partnership has the potential to set new industry standards, benefiting the entire supply chain network by enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and visibility for all participants.
“This is what you call a paradigm shift – in partnering with ACFS Port logistics we embark on a transformative journey to reshape the very landscape of supply chain dynamics,” OneStop chief customer officer Chris Harnett says.
This partnership stands as testament to OneStop’s unwavering commitment to drive innovation, foster transparency, and enhance connectivity and efficiency within the Oceania supply chain.”
