Cooling system specialist Horton has expanded its range of fans with the release of the new Windshift modular fan.

The new fans are constructed with clamshell knuckles that clamp each blade to a 6 mm steel center disc. This allows the blades to be set to a specific pitch angle, increasing versatility and making testing and prototyping faster.

Compatible with all Horton and competitive fan drives, the new Windshift can operate with either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.

It also has a variety of blade configurations, blade pitch angles, center disc diameters and rotation options, computer-optimised blade design to improve perfomance and efficiency and an option of unequally spaced blades for reduced noise.
