New commission program hopes to expand reach of car transport network
Car transport company PrixCar Transport Services has launched the PTXchange, an automated car transport affiliate program that aims to grow its nationwide network.
Developed by technology company Semantia, the Australian-first allows PrixCar Transport’s affiliates to place a PTXchange quote widget on their website offering its services to their customers with a commission received for each sale.
“PTXchange expands the Australian economy and logistics industry by giving car transport sub-contractors, vehicle finance companies, online car auctions, removalists, car enthusiast clubs and family-run logistics businesses the opportunity to grow using the PrixCar Transport nation-wide car transport network,” a PrixCar Transport statement says.
Selected as a finalist in this year’s Antill Smart 100 awards, the PTXchange is an opportunity to buck the downward trend of the local car industry, PrixCar Transport national IT manger Patrick Kashani says.
“We are proud to be recognised by our business technology peers at Anthill for the PTXchange, our affiliate program that allows any website to offer car transport services on a commission basis,” Kashani says.
“We’ve seen many companies in the Australian automotive industry forced to close their doors and we wanted to do the opposite and bring some innovation back into our industry.”
The program is on the back of a new website PrixCar Transport has developed, in conjunction with Semantia, that they hope will allow customers to quickly and easily get cost and timing information.
