A Sydney man has died after his truck rolled over yesterday, trapping him in the cabin.
The man’s waste truck rolled in Sydney’s west at Penrith about 3:45pm.
Emergency crews arrived to find the driver in the cabin. He was believed to have died at the scene.
Police will now look at what caused the incident, with an investigation to examine the truck for mechanical failures.
Penrith police are also looking at the circumstances leading up to the crash and have asked anyone who might have seen the truck before the incident to contact them on 1800 333 000.
