Coolibah Herbs joins ATAs technical council

Company says it values preventative maintenance and reduced maintenance costs

Victoria-based Coolibah Herbs has joined Australian Trucking Association (ATA’s) Industry Technical Council (ITC).

A wholesale fresh produce cultivator, supplier and distributor, Coolibah Herbs runs a 30-strong fleet across Victoria and Sydney.

“Coolibah Herbs is focused on continuing to develop all aspects of its safety operations, and we also place a high value on preventative maintenance and reducing maintenance costs,” Coolibah Herbs maintenance manager Rod Melrose says.

ATA senior engineering advisor Chris Loose welcomes the company to the ATA’s industry technical group.

“They bring with them a wealth of experience and join with our other members to continuously develop and improve the technical understanding of heavy vehicles,” Loose says.

ITC aims to improve trucking equipment, maintenance and maintenance management by bringing members and specialists together, including vehicle designers, manufacturers, equipment, suppliers and maintenance specialists, to exchange ideas and information.
